Strategy and planning, design and build custom database transaction software system for internal use to track, manage, and report performance and metrics for TIF Tax Program Portfolio Properties. The system included a report-builder so users could construct and generate compliance reports for U.S. goverment agencies.
Archer Daniels Midland
Strategy, planning, execution for multi-year, large scope program management for ADM midwest distribution centers and production operations (corn and soybeans). Our team performed site surveys of large distribution centers and plants, installation new WLAN infrastructure, then installed and supported new Symbol (Motorola) forklift data terminals and handheld data terminals with data collection software connected to ADM central servers for item barcode scanning and inventory management.
ATRO Engineered Systems
Strategy and planning, design, build and support large scope custom B2B E-commerce website (web app) with data integration to NetSuite ERP. The new website includes a comprehensive marketing front-end with SEO and detailed technical areas, and a highly engineered, API based data integration system to support E-commerce with order entry to NetSuite. Our team manages digital marketing for channel sales and end users, including targeted campaigns with Google Ads & Display, and paid social media.
Bimbo Bakeries USA / Graham Group Promotions
Marketing materials for on-pack promotion and production labeling equipment integration presented to bakery plant managers and stakeholders. The purpose was to inform about a new mass coupon application system for marketing to large CPG clients. The presentations were designed to inform and train on system benefits, installation, and ROI.
Chameleon Integrated Services
Corporate website design and development including a Brand Style Guide to pull together a cohesive brand identity and asset library. Complete redesign in 2018 within an existing WordPress environment with the specific goal to not disrupt the environment due to third party applications already connected to the website. Follow on redesign in 2020 to focus on consulting product lines and specific product mix and industry extensions.
Crestpoint Ophthalmics
Strategy, planning, execution for multi-year digital marketing intiative centered around a new B2B E-commerce website (Magento). Our work includes design and build of a new Magento E-commerce website that is coded specifically for online quotes. We've streamlined the marketing operations and we provide Magento website SEO, updated print materials, catalogs, and brochures, and Mailchimp email marketing with NewsFlashes and production of the virtual edition Crestpoint ROUNDS newsletters.
CMW Equipment
Strategy and planning, design and build corporate website, product data database, online used equipment sales. Extend the project into sales support materials and a mico-site for new product development: CMWZDPW, standing for "Zero Discharge Production Water," an engineered component system to clean the daily wash water from concrete mixer trucks, removing the sludge and purifying the water to reduce costs, improve operations and protect the environment.

Strategy and planning, design and build outdoor wireless data systems at Midwest and Mid-Atlantic assembly plants including site surveys, equipment sales, installation, service and tech support for integration with Cassens Transport mobile data inventory systems. Strategy and planning, design and build large scope corporate website for the region's largest office interiors and design company. As part of the project we produced categorization for the companies service and product lines, and produced an extensive reference media and photography assets library. Project profile graphic design and production with online data system and library.

Senior leadership video marketing series. Direct, film, edit, and produce video programs for investment products and services that were used on the corporate website, and digital marketing channels.

Strategy and planning, design and build new product launch for industrial chemical line. Brand identity, corporate website, sales promotions, print media, literature, packaging, label design and compliance with industry regulations.
GKB Equipment
Strategy and planning, design and build corporate website for ag equipment sales. Used equipment inventory online sales system for ag equipment channel partner, reseller, service, and support organization.

Strategy and planning, design and build corporate website for financial services. Image asset management system, industry compliance management system.
Hydromat, Inc.
Strategy and planning, design and build custom database software systems, and integration with Vantage (Epicor) ERP. Our focus was to assist with streamlining data management to support purchasing, receiving inspection, inventory management, and supplier quality assurance as part of the company's ISO 9000 initiative. Among other details, our software integrated with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) for receiving inspection of precision machined parts. Jim McLaughlin was a key member of the ISO 9001 quality team and helped achieve successful win of ISO 9001 certification.

Strategy and planning, design and build corporate website for industrial service provider. Brand identity, project profile data system and library.
McCarthy Holdings (McCarthy Builders)
Strategy, planning, and execution to build a working prototype for a new coporate intranet system to support ~4,000+ employees in North America. Our team was hired to analyze, assess, think, design, and build a working prototype to used as a model for the final production system. We designed and built a system with Microsoft Technologies, including Azure Active Directory for personalization with groups/roles/permissions so that users see content applicable to them or their division.
Missouri Cures Education Foundation
Strategy, planning, design and build a new corporate website, including a Brand Style Guide to pull together the brand pieces and parts, along with new branding to support a successful product extension for "Wiser Women," an initiative to support women in the science field with frequent events, networking, and information.

Strategy and planning, design and build, and long-term program management of digital assets and properties for the NGC corporate website and E-commerce system, school course data system, forms library data system, board member directory data system, and collateral print materials.
Nestle Purina Learning Center
Strategy and planning, design and build VIMS (Veterinary Inventory Management System) mobile app and database software. Work with Learning Center teams in St. Louis and Orange County to design and build a shelf-mounted digital display to run programmed digital media (audio and video) on-premise in grocery stores to broadcast Purina brand commercials and content for specific items on the shelf.

Success Promotions (now Success Brands)
Strategy, planning, and execution to launch a large scope Magento E-commerce website to support corporate branding, item sales, online quotes, and micro-sites for specific branded product lines. The company specializes in branded merchandise, and has a large audience in sports, so our team created the concept for Success Promotions "Locker Rooms" to brand and name each of the micro-sites, for example, "The USSSA Locker Room" at https://usssa-locker-room.com/. We engineered the system to capitalize on Magento's unique ability to manage multiple websites with the same admin—this has been a foundation to the success of the system.
