Jon McLaughlin

Senior Project Developer

Jon has experience across most aspects of our production operations — from number crunching, to graphic design and brand identity. He's a detail guy with a great eye for composition and color.

Starting as a summer intern at age 15, Jon began his Sparks Milling career producing barcode system inventory asset reports for one of our clients: ADM. What's a summer without lots of spreadsheets, right? He plays a key role in helping to develop, produce, and deliver our projects with a very intentional viewpoint based on years of experience in the field.
