We founded our company in 1997, on a single 8-foot folding table. Our very first project was a management consulting engagement for a local tool and die shop to improve their on-time delivery performance. Since then, we’ve worked for over 400 companies ranging from small local businesses to large corporate enterprises.

Over the course of our 25 year history, we’ve moved steadily forward with a passion to constantly learn and always do better work.

Our ongoing client relationships have grown deeper, and our projects have become more substantial and complex. The outcome is that we consistently deliver more and more impact and benefit to our clients, and their customers.
